Activity: 06.04 - Prepare For Maintenance Change Request Testing

This activity focuses on preparing the test strategy and test cases for the approved maintenance change request.

It is the responsibility of the Delivery Team to prepare a test strategy which describes the different levels of testing under the scope of the maintenance change request. Based on the different types of testing identified, the Delivery Team must prepare the test cases, test data and test environments required to perform the testing. The test strategy and test cases must be baselined and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
